Derek Gendron’s goal is to make every customer feel like family.
From the time they choose their furnishings to the time delivery is made, Derek focuses on making the experience perfect.
Derek handles all quality control and warranty issues as well as receiving inventory into the store.
With Derek, the question of family is personal. He is the son-in-law of owners Bill and Carol. “We are a family business,” he says. “We pass that family feeling on to our customers.”

Bio
Niki Smith has over 35 years experience in interior design and a flair for creating the WOW!
Working with clients, she captures their unique lifestyle and creates designs that not only meet their needs and budget but exceed their expectations.
She holds a bachelor of science degree in interior design from Florida State University. Niki joined Bronze Lady Home Furnishings in 2007.

Meet our newest Designer Debra Hibbs!
Originally from the Northeast, Deb left a career in accounting to pursue her passion for Interior Design. After moving to Florida, she studied at Pinellas Technical College receiving a Certification as an Interior Decorator in 2011. She went on to work at a Design Firm in Belleair Bluffs for many years before joining Bronze Lady Home in 2023. Deb loves to help clients create a beautiful and comfortable space that they can call “Home”. -
